Faith and 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue: Lecture with Melissa Rogers

President George W. Bush's establishment of the White House Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives was groundbreaking, but not as much as critics feared or supporters claimed. Melissa Rogers will discuss ways in which religion played a role in the White House during the Bush and Obama administrations. Rogers will also consider the future of faith and the federal executive branch.
